Wholeness is something that we all seek. We want to be whole, complete, and integrated. We want to have our needs met, to feel good about ourselves, to love and be loved, to be happy with our lives, and to have an experience of peace.

When we are not whole, we suffer in many ways. Our relationships may not work, we may not be able to get along with others, or we may not be able to sleep well at night. We may not be able to function properly, and we may not be able to do the things we want to do. We may have difficulty making decisions and we may not be able make them well. We may have trouble getting out of bed in the morning, and we may not be motivated to do anything.

When we are whole, we are able to do all these things and more. When we are whole, we are happy with who we are and we are able to express our true selves. We are able to function well and to enjoy life. We are able to make good decisions and to live in harmony with others. We are able to sleep well at night and to wake up in the morning feeling refreshed. We are able to make our lives what we want them to be. We are able to make choices that are right for us and we are able to take action to make our dreams come true.

We are not just a bundle of parts that can be put together in different ways to create different outcomes. We are a person, and we are more than the sum of our parts. The more we are whole, the better we will be able to function and the better our lives will be.

How do we become whole?

To become whole, we need to know who we are and to accept ourselves. We need to love and be loved. We need to feel safe and secure. We need to be able to express our feelings and to listen to others. We need to be able think clearly and to be able to act in ways that are beneficial to ourselves and others. We need to be aware of our needs and to be able to meet them. We need to be able make good decisions. We need to be able do things that are right for us and that benefit us. We need to be able live in harmony with others and to be able to make friends.

To become whole, it is important to accept ourselves and to love ourselves. If we don’t accept ourselves, we will not be able to love ourselves, and if we don’t love ourselves, we won’t be able to function well. We need to feel safe so that we can be honest and to be able to express our true feelings. We need to feel secure so that we can be open and to be able to listen to others. We must be able to think clearly and to be able able to act in ways that benefit ourselves and others. We need be able to make good decisions, and we need to be able to take action that is right for us and that benefits us. We need to be aware that we have needs and to be able to take care of those needs. We need to be able able to make friends and to be able to do things that are right for others.

To become whole we need to love and be loved, feel safe, be able to express our feelings, be able to listen to others, be able to think clearly, be able to act in ways beneficial to ourselves and others, and be able to make good decisions.

Becoming whole is a process that takes time. It takes time to learn how to love and be loved, time to feel safe, time to express our feelings, time to listen to others, time to think clearly, time to be able to act in a way that benefits us and others, and time to make good decisions.

If you have been trying to be whole, but haven’t been able to, it is probably because you haven’t had enough time to become whole. To become whole, you need to spend time loving and being loved, time feeling safe, time expressing your feelings, time listening to others, time thinking clearly, time acting in ways that benefit yourself and others, and time making good decisions.

Once you have learned how to be whole, you will be able to do everything you want to do, to have the relationships you want, to feel good about yourself, to be happy with your life, and to have an experience that is peaceful.
