When we think of wholeness, we often think of something that is complete and whole. In many ways, this is true. The world is made up of all kinds of things that are complete and whole. For example, a tree is a complete and whole thing. So are a rock and a cloud.
But there are other kinds of things that are not complete and whole. For example:
A broken heart is not complete and whole.
A person with a drug addiction is not complete and whole. A person who has been hurt by others is not complete and whole. And a person who has lost a loved one is not complete and whole. All of these things have a lack of completeness in them.
The question becomes: How do we go about healing these kinds of things?
There are several different approaches to healing. There are many different forms of therapy that can be used to help people heal from their hurts. But all of these therapies will have to start at some point with the question of “How do I feel?”
I believe that the first step in healing anything is to begin to look at how you feel. This is because most problems in our lives are caused by what we feel. If we don’t understand why we feel the way we feel, then we won’t be able to make any changes.
We can’t change how we feel unless we know why we feel the way we do. So, the first step in healing is to become aware of how you feel. You can do this by simply noticing your feelings. This is a very simple process, but it’s also very powerful. It will open you up to many different possibilities for healing.
Once you’ve noticed how you feel, then you can ask yourself questions like: “What am I feeling right now?” or “What is this feeling trying to tell me?” or “What is the cause of this feeling?” Once you start asking questions like these, you’ll be amazed at how quickly you’ll find answers to your questions.
